LOCATION

8 miles Northwest of Chester, SC. From Chester take Hwy 97 North and pick up arrows to start.
From Rock Hill follow Hwy 322 South to Hwy 321 South; pick up arrow near Lowrys, SC. From
Spartanburg take Hwy 9 East and pick up arrows after passing Lockhart, SC. Start located on
Armenia Road, halfway between Hwy 9 and Hwy 97. Address: 2363 Armenia Road.
DESCRIPTION

One day, +/-75 mile dual sport trail ride on back country roads, woods roads and trail. Rated
medium challenging with cutouts. Gas Stop (50 mile range) on the route. Larry Heron’s
award winning BBQ lunch, including homemade desserts from the Women of the Church.
REQUIREMENTS USFS APPROVED SPARK ARRESTOR. Leave the stock baffles in those converted XRs, CRFs,
TTRs, WRs, EXCs, etc. Excessive noise is the leading cause of land closures to off-highway
vehicles, and we don’t want to make any new enemies. Tags must be mounted on the rear
fender and all lights must work. Please remove any numbers from the number plates. May be
advisable to bring a gas can. Last year the service station ran out of gas. Bring your route sheet
holder. D.O.T. approved knobby tires highly recommended.
COST & PRIZES

$50 entry fee for AMA Members. $55 for non-members. $10 for Passengers.
Contingency prizes & Poker Run prizes, provided by our sponsors, will be awarded.
EXTRA Pre-enter by May 2 and receive free event T-shirt! (Don’t forget to fill in your T-shirt size) We
will have some T-shirts for sale the day of the event.
Free primitive camping at the start. Full breakfast available Sunday morning for the paltry sum of
$4.00. Any extra donations would be greatly appreciated.

Sunday Breakfast 8:00 A.M. Cost of $4.00 per person. Sponsored by
Riders’ Meeting 8:30 A.M.
Last Rider Out / In 9:30 A.M. / 4:30 P.M.
LUNCH

Provided by at the halfway point back at the staging area.

All proceeds benefit the Armenia United Methodist Church.
